Striko furnace of double camera of aluminum fusion. As much this Striko furnace as the tower fusota, is furnaces to which a weekly maintenance is dedicated to them. Valls-Carrás has specialized personnel to make maintenances the ends week.

Fusor semitilted aluminum furnace. In this section it is possible to be appreciated the different systems from assembly with which Valls-Carrás is familiarized, material insulators, different types from concretes (plastic and dense), metallic positioning of ceramic anchorages and anchorages, etc.

Zone of maintenance of a fusor aluminum furnace, where the mouth can be observed of trasvase, which it communicates with the zone of fusion, where also can be differentiated the different types from concrete (dense concrete for the zone of contact of broth and plastic concrete for the vault, all with special additives for an optimal yield with aluminum), the bases of the dolls of subjection of the plastic concrete and the exit of a burner. This work made totally in our facilities, is an example of the professionalism of our company, that offers to the client a study of the different materials for the optimal yield from its furnace and an effectiveness proven in its assembly, everything shaped in a memory with attached planes of refractory coating, if the client wishes it, made by our technical office.
